Whether you need a different size or changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures your satisfaction is our top priority.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items back into their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective dust bags are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your new bag within 5 business days.
